Auctions
Welcome to our property Auction service where we deal with residential property of all types including land, properties for conversion, repossessed and, investment properties and any dwelling that is either unique, may carry a premium or difficult to sell.
Auctions give the Vendor and buyer complete transparency where they are able to achieve best price in an open bidding situation. At the fall of the gavel there is an exchange of contracts with completion usually 28 days thereafter. This gives again the buyer and seller a certainty of both the timescale and that the proceeds of sale can be banked within the allotted time. Unlike the traditional private treaty sale where over 30% of all sales fall through once they are arranged for a varying number of reasons.
Aidan is one of just 300 or so residential Auctioneers practicing in the country. We would be more than delighted to undertake a free auction appraisal of your property or land. We would also be happy to discuss the suitability for auction with you over the telephone.
Please make sure that you have read and understood the auction conditions detailed in each of the documents below. Contact us with your enquiries
