Andrew
Andrew has worked in the property industry for over 21 years and has a wealth of experience in Estate Agency and as a Chartered Surveyor, having practiced in both private practice (eg John German and Worcester-based Andrew Grant) and large corporate organisations (eg Halifax Property Services, Colley’s Professional Services, BBG Surveyors). The role of Office Manager and later an Associate Partner with John German brought him to Ashby de la Zouch in 1998 and it is in Ashby that he and his family are now settled. Andrew is very active in the local community as a school governor at his children’s primary school and as a member of Ashby de la Zouch & District Round Table. Andrew firmly believes in providing a personal service to both the seller and the buyer and supporting each through the entire process of moving house. He is also proud to be the only practicing Chartered Surveyor living and working in an Ashby Estate Agency.
Jackie
Jackie’s knowledge and expertise in the local area is second to none, having always lived in Packington. After leaving Ashby Grammar School she embarked upon a career in the housing industry and has not steered away from her vocation, notching up five years with a Burton Estate Agency and twenty-three years in Ashby agents, including John German where she held the roles of Office Manager and Prestige Property Manager. In addition to this she has added to her experience by representing both William Davies and Beazer in the sale of their new homes developments. Jackie enjoys a regular swim at Hood Park leisure centre.
Emma
Emma currently lives in Rothley having lived in Leicestershire for most of her life. She attended Our Lady’s Convent School in Loughborough before going on to study Economics and Management at the University of Lincolnshire & Humberside. After graduating Emma joined Marks & Spencers in retail management. In 2006 Emma joined John German in Loughborough gaining experience with a busy team as a Sales Negotiator before joining the sales team at Aidan J Reed to further develop her skills. Emma relishes new challenges and looks forward to being involved in the growth of a new business in Ashby.
